Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Lenox gift boxes and shipping cartons, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once we receive and inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
